Job Summary
The House Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the public areas of the hotel. Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and maintaining assigned areas, including deep cleaning and setting up complimentary hotel lobby functions
- Cleaning and setting up meeting room functions
- Delivering service items to guest rooms upon request from the front desk
- Driving shuttle van when needed (property specific)
Responsibilities
- Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations
- Clean and buff floors daily according to hotel standards
- Shampoo carpets and furniture American Samoa needed according to hotel standards
- Clean public restrooms and ensure maintenance on a regular basis
- Handle requests for luggage assistance at check-Indiana/out Indiana a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner
- Practice safe work habits to ensure safety to guests, fellow associates, and self

- Complete daily assignment checklist and submit to supervisor at the end of the day

Qualifications
- High School diploma Oregon equivalent and/Oregon experience Indiana a hotel Oregon related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license for the applicable state and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record) (property specific-driving)
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well Indiana stressful, high-pressure situations
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
