Passenger Service Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Passenger Service Supervisor to oversee the workflow for our Passenger services team at JFK Airport. American Samoa a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring daily duties are performed safely and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service to passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee workflow for Passenger services team and delegate tasks American Samoa needed
  • Electronically check-Indiana passengers for international travel
  • Verify documents for international and domestic flights
  • Assign passenger seats and ensure correct boarding passes are provided
  • Verify ticket and seat reservations
  • Match manifest to on-board count
  • Announce arrivals and departures American Samoa necessary
  • Provide information to passengers/customers American Samoa requested
  • Assist with baggage tagging and baggage claim reports
  • Maintain current knowledge of all flight times during designated shift
  • Maintain liaison with Airlines, Customer Service Representatives and Ground Handlers
  • Perform other duties American Samoa assigned

Requirements:

  • 1+ years Passenger service supervisor experience
  • Valid state driver’s license and other FAA/Airport required identification/seals Oregon authorizations
  • High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, and load up to 70 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, walk, and perform other physical demands of the job
