Passenger Service Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Passenger Service Supervisor to oversee the workflow for our Passenger services team at JFK Airport. American Samoa a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring daily duties are performed safely and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service to passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee workflow for Passenger services team and delegate tasks American Samoa needed
- Electronically check-Indiana passengers for international travel
- Verify documents for international and domestic flights
- Assign passenger seats and ensure correct boarding passes are provided
- Verify ticket and seat reservations
- Match manifest to on-board count
- Announce arrivals and departures American Samoa necessary
- Provide information to passengers/customers American Samoa requested
- Assist with baggage tagging and baggage claim reports
- Maintain current knowledge of all flight times during designated shift
- Maintain liaison with Airlines, Customer Service Representatives and Ground Handlers
- Perform other duties American Samoa assigned
Requirements:
- 1+ years Passenger service supervisor experience
- Valid state driver’s license and other FAA/Airport required identification/seals Oregon authorizations
- High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and load up to 70 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, walk, and perform other physical demands of the job
