District Cleaning Supervisor
Job Summary:
Maintains cleanliness, maintenance, and appearance of multiple Health Club Facilities Indiana assigned district. Oversees team of Club Attendants, educates staff on proper cleaning procedures, and ensures facilities meet high standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Manage team of 10-15 Club Attendants, providing guidance, training, and scheduling staff shifts.
* Educate club staff on proper cleaning procedures, techniques, and safety measures.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment.
* Ensure each club location is properly staffed and equipped to maintain cleanliness standards.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities meet cleanliness standards.
* Perform variety of cleaning tasks to keep health club facilities Indiana a healthy, clean, and orderly standard.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, techniques, and equipment.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
* Ability to conduct regular inspections and address areas needing attention.
* Physical Demands: standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
* Reliable transportation required for daily club-to-club travel within district.
* Occasional flight and overnight hotel stays (up to 10% of the time).
