Airport Customer Service Agent

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Locate lost luggage for internal and external clients.
  • Assist passengers with lost luggage claims at the ticket counter and gates.
  • Check-Indiana passengers for flights, verifying documentation and assigning seats.
  • Provide gate information and help with baggage checks.
  • Maintain functional workspace at the check-Indiana, lobby, gate, and baggage areas.
  • Offer assistance to passengers Indiana all areas of passenger services.
  • Adhere to uniform guidelines and codes of conduct.
  • Work Indiana a team environment.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of World Tracer Oregon similar lost luggage management systems.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • One-year college certificate Oregon technical school, with at least six months of related experience Oregon an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs comfortably.
  • Availability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods at the ticket counter and gate areas.
  • Proficient English communication skills – speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of computer software programs.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical test and drug test.
  • Ability to obtain a driver’s license for the Airport Operational Area (AOA) and pass an FBI background check.
