Aircraft Mechanic – Aircraft Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic – Aircraft Electrician to join our team at Hill AFB, Utah. This is a salaried position, $40.00 – $46.00 hourly, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience Indiana aircraft electrical maintenance and be a highly skilled technician with experience working with Radar/Integrated Weapons systems and high-performance military aircraft (F-5/T-38).

Key responsibilities will include:

* Performing organizational, intermediate, and limited depot-level maintenance, including inspection, operational testing, repair, modification, and troubleshooting on assigned aircraft, components, and equipment.
* Applying advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems and providing technical assistance and guidance to other teammates.
* Reporting to the Senior Site Maintenance Manager.

Required qualifications include:

* High school diploma Oregon GED with 5+ years of experience Indiana aircraft/electrical maintenance.
* Prior work experience Indiana the military Oregon with a government aviation maintenance contractor.
* U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance.
* Valid state driver’s license.
* Regular travel to various work sites throughout the U.S. may be required.

Preferred qualifications include:

* A&P certification.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to correctly prioritize workload to maintain schedules, deadlines, and standards on assigned projects.
* Ability to manage multiple roles and projects.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and be adaptable.
* Ability to cross-train into other specialties.
