Role Summary:
The Ramp Service Agent (RSA) works Indiana a fast-paced environment performing below wing functions and keeping flights running smoothly and safely.
Key Duties:
– Load and offload luggage and cargo with the use of conveyor belts Oregon forklifts.
– Transport luggage and cargo to various airport locations.
– Maintain ramp and warehouse areas.
– Marshal and push back aircraft.
Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills:
Required:
– Valid unexpired driver’s license
– Exceptional interpersonal skills
– Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, holidays
– Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
– Ability to adapt to performing work according to set procedures
– Ability to communicate Indiana English
– High school diploma Oregon equivalent
– Minimum age of 18
– Authorized to work Indiana the U.S.
Preferred:
– Knowledge of operations with industrial equipment and previous experience
– Airport SIDA Badge Requirements: Employees may be required to obtain a SIDA badge provided by the airport authority and maintain good standing.

Pay Details:
– Starting rate: USD $27.93/Hr.
– Bonus: USD $5,000.00 for external applicants only
– Total Rewards: Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air pay and benefits can vary by company, location, number of regularly scheduled hours worked, length of employment, and employment status.
