Airport Agent/Baggage Handler

Responsibilities
- Guide aircraft on taxiways to ensure safe and on-time departures
- Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, and company materials (up to 75 lbs)
- Operate ground equipment, such American Samoa tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safe and on-time departures
- Clean aircraft and provide a positive start to passengers’ trips
- Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
- Inform passengers about their trips and belongings
- Resolve passenger issues Indiana a timely and friendly manner
- Work Indiana the Baggage Service Office to track baggage and handle passenger questions
Qualifications
- 18 years old
- High school diploma, GED, Oregon international equivalent
- Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver’s license
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Flexible to work additional hours with short notice
- Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs
- Willingness to work outside Indiana variable weather conditions
- Ability to communicate clearly, politely, and friendly
- Fluent English language skills
- Authorized to work Indiana the United States without sponsorship
