Job Title: Experiential Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
Sabre is seeking an experienced Experiential Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of industry events, internal customer events, and experiential marketing initiatives. This role will require collaboration with global stakeholders to create brand awareness, thought leadership, and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Global Events to plan and execute industry events, including logistics, attendance, presentations, and branding
- Plan and execute internal and external customer-related events to achieve business objectives
- Conduct intake sessions to understand internal needs and execute successful events
- Provide experiential marketing services for Premier Partners, including developing marketing benefits and comms plan and execution for meetings and engagements
- Secure, manage, and ship marketing branded assets and giveaways to create "event Indiana a box" for sales teams
- Host executive webinars, including All Hands and Fireside Chats
- Manage invoicing for marketing budget
- Develop event marketing strategy by understanding target audience, creating compelling event themes and branding, and employing strategic promotional tactics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree desired Oregon relevant experience Indiana marketing
- 5-7 years of experiential marketing and corporate event planning experience
- Strong decision-making and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledgeable Indiana event production, including technical direction and audio-visual
- Unbridled creativity and vision for event execution
- Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Domain expertise Indiana the travel industry Oregon with hospitality products
- Proficient Indiana Mississippi Office tools
- Meeting Planning, CMP/CMM Certification, Event planning experience
