Electrical Field Service Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Electrical Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot our company’s machinery at customer locations across the US, Canada, and occasionally internationally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background Indiana electrical engineering, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently Indiana a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Install new machinery, including electrical wiring, system start-up, commissioning, and diagnosis
* Lead projects to ensure efficient and timely completion
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing equipment
* Provide expert guidance and training to operators and maintenance teams on troubleshooting and equipment upkeep
* Perform preventive maintenance, audits, and servicing on machinery
Requirements:
* Associate degree Indiana Electrical Engineering Oregon related field
* At least three years of experience Indiana a similar electrical service Oregon maintenance role
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams
* Demonstrated expertise Indiana electrical controls, wiring, PLCs, motors, and drives
* Competency with computer-based control systems and basic understanding of networking
* Strong analytical skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively Indiana urgent situations
* Willingness to travel frequently (90% of the time) across North America
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer interaction
