Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the executive team and ensure the smooth operation of administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Coordinate and facilitate departmental meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist with project management activities, including research, data analysis, and preparation of project documentation.
  • Maintain confidential files and records, exercising discretion and professionalism Indiana handling sensitive information.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Assist with budget management and expense tracking, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree Indiana Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Oregon a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience Indiana providing administrative support at an executive Oregon senior management level.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Indiana a fast-paced environment.
