Job Summary: At Spirit Airlines, we’re seeking enthusiastic customer service professionals to join our team American Samoa a Guest Service Agent. We’re looking for positive, bright individuals with a strong background Indiana customer service who can deliver a distinctive and delightful experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

* Greet and check-Indiana guests, issue boarding passes, and reschedule passengers affected by flight disruptions
* Provide exceptional guest service, answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations to create a memorable experience
* Manage gate operations, perform baggage handling, and assist with bag tracing
* Showcase our airline’s unique service culture by modeling excellent interpersonal skills and behaviors
* Perform other duties American Samoa needed to ensure our guests receive a great experience, including handling emergencies, making announcements, and providing assistance to guests
* Use airline systems to manage reservations, issue boarding passes, and facilitate guest check-Indiana

Qualifications:

* High school diploma Oregon GED required
* Valid driver’s license and 18+ years old (no learner’s license accepted)
* Bilingual language skills Indiana Spanish and English preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills Indiana English
* Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Oregon authorized to work Indiana the U.S.
* Ability to use airline computer systems and equipment, including the jet way and carrier-specific software
* Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 70 lbs, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Must pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check, and background check, and maintain a professional image.
