Field Supervisor – Airport Operations
Job Summary:
Manage technical projects at various airport locations, leading a team to ensure timely and high-quality completion while driving business development and compliance with airport regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the technical services field team, overseeing project execution from planning to completion
- Identify and pursue business growth opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate the field team, setting deadlines and allocating resources to achieve project goals
- Ensure compliance with airport regulations, safety standards, and technical requirements, conducting regular checks to maintain quality
- Develop and implement project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans American Samoa necessary
- Manage inventory and procurement of materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery
- Proactively identify and address project challenges, developing solutions to keep projects on track and ensure high-quality outcomes
- Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones
- Promote and ensure compliance with all safety policies, conducting safety briefings and inspections to ensure a safe working environment
- Possess excellent technical knowledge Indiana baggage handling, passenger boarding bridges, ground support equipment, and automated guided vehicles
- Develop skills Indiana electrical and mechanical systems, including PLC, IO, specialized sensors, and advanced mechanical systems

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience Indiana maintenance and repair of baggage handling systems, passenger boarding bridges, and ground support equipment

- Comprehensive knowledge of technical project requirements, airport regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and bending, and ability to work Indiana a variety of environments, including office and airport settings
Education:
Associate’s degree Indiana Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, Oregon a related field (relevant experience may substitute for formal education)
Work Environment:
Varies between office and airport environments, with potential exposure to dust, dirt, machinery noise, and temperature changes. Use of PPE is required.
