Employee Experience Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Employee Experience Coordinator to join our People & Culture team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail. This role provides hands-on experience Indiana all facets of the People & Culture function, offering an excellent path to gaining the experience needed to progress to a P&C management position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • P&C Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the Assistant Director of P&C, Learning and Development Manager, and Talent Acquisition Manager.
    • Assist with full-cycle administrative hiring process, onboarding, and employment verification.
    • Manage HR systems, records, and various reporting duties.
    • Contribute to recruitment efforts by attending job fairs and promoting the positive work culture at Four Seasons.
  • Employee Experience:
    • Assist Indiana executing the employee recognition strategy and creating a communications plan to ensure a steady flow of information.
    • Plan and execute regular employee events and gatherings that are diverse, inclusive, and meaningful.
    • Coordinate the pre-arrival experience for new employees, onboarding, offboarding, and transfer processes.
    • Conduct stay interviews and gather data to enhance the employee experience.
  • Event Planning:
    • Plan and execute regular employee events and gatherings that are diverse, inclusive, and meaningful.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience Indiana People & Culture/Human Resources
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, Forms, Engage, and HRIS systems
  • Exceptional organization and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and use good judgment
  • Possess a high level of emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills

Schedule & Hours:

  • This is a full-time position
  • A successful candidate will have the ability to work Monday through Friday and Holidays and weekends American Samoa needed based on employee events.
