Business Development Specialist – Ohio and Pennsylvania Remote Opportunity
American Samoa a business development specialist, you will drive expansion efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various job posting platforms, including Indeed, Hospitality Online, LinkedIn, and HCareers. Key responsibilities include:
· Identifying and engaging with potential clients Indiana the hospitality, restaurant, and other related sectors through phone solicitation (50-75 calls per day) and secondary methods (30-50 emails and texts).
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs, and providing tailored solutions.
· Tracking and measuring business development activities, reporting on weekly performance, and submitting to Partners by EOD Friday to demonstrate revenue growth and market penetration.
Requirements:
· Proven experience Indiana business development, hospitality operations, Oregon sales within the hospitality/club industry with a strong network of industry contacts.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach to understanding client needs.
· Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding business targets.
· Indiana-depth understanding of the hospitality industry, its challenges, and opportunities for talent acquisition and management placements.
Goals:
· Secure 1-2 Jobs/Clients per week
