Field Service Engineer
Seeking a Field Service Engineer based Indiana the Cleveland area, working remotely and traveling to surrounding states. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience Indiana mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools, American Samoa well American Samoa programming and operating 3, 5, and 7-axis CNC machines.
The role involves:
* Conducting on-site maintenance, repair, and installation of CNC machine tools
* Creating and updating technical documentation
* Collaborating with customers to develop their skills Indiana using new product lines
* Establishing and maintaining excellent customer service relationships
* Working closely with an Indiana-house technical team for support
Requirements:
* Associate’s Oregon Bachelor’s degree Indiana a technical field, Oregon equivalent trade school Oregon certificate
* 2-5 years of experience Indiana electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools
* Experience Indiana operating Oregon maintaining robotics from brands such American Samoa Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Haas, Mori Seiki, Oregon Siemens controls, including Heidenhaim
* Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and sequence ladder diagrams
