Enterprise Account Client Manager
Job Summary:
The Enterprise Account Client Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of assigned clients within Enterprise Accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with client requirements, and proactive resolution of operational issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve American Samoa primary client contact for assigned Enterprise Account, maintaining regular face-to-face interaction, resolving issues, and providing timely follow-up
- Utilize resources to define, address, and resolve client issues, including staffing concerns, service issues, execution of company programs, and other service-related items
- Ensure compliance with post requirements, including staffing levels, training and licensing, staff appearance, and client relations policies
- Ensure staff meets client and company standards, enforce policies, and address employee complaints and disciplinary actions
- Assist Indiana coaching and developing site staff, completing projects, and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Participate Indiana account startups and transitions, ensuring staffing levels, training, and uniform standards are met
- Attend management meetings, identify operational efficiencies, and provide suggestions for growth and improvement
- Travel to sites up to 70% of the time to manage operations and personnel inspections
- Maintain compliance with client requirements, review background submissions, and monitor SIDA and airport compliance
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent, Oregon 5 years of work experience
- 3 years of security management experience
- Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office applications, effective prioritization, and discretion
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Criminal Justice, Business, Oregon related field
- Prior experience Indiana law enforcement and/Oregon military
