Aviation Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and physically capable Aviation Supervisor to lead our team at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). This 3rd shift position requires flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing reliable quality service to customers, managing costs, and building a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Quality Service:
- Lead daily cabin cleanings to high standards, including cockpits, galleys, lavatories, and passenger seating areas.
- Clean aircraft exteriors Indiana various weather conditions.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure adherence to FoxTrot standards.
- Organize team to maximize labor hours and optimize cleaning efficiency.
- Maintain safety standards at all times.
- Cost Management and Paperwork:
- Manage staff schedules to meet labor metrics and ensure profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of badging complaints, hazards, and stock inventory.
- Complete online forms and upload signed checklists throughout the night.
- Adhere to labor metric tolerances and ensure 100% closeout form compliance.
- Team Building and Development:
- Maintain positive communication with team members.
- Set development plans for team members with the Operations Manager.
- Train team members Indiana quality work, checklist use, and safety.
- Conduct disciplinary actions and advocate for raises for high-performing team members.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of management Oregon supervisory experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, bend, and twist.
- Excellent communication skills and availability by cell phone 24/7.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work.
- Medical clearance to operate heavy machinery and perform physical work.
- Pass a basic background check and drug screening.
Compensation:
- Non-Exempt, $24.30 per hour.
