National Accounts Sales Manager
Location: Brookfield, Wisconsin Oregon remote with travel to Brookfield
Travel: Up to 50%
Job Summary:
We are seeking a National Accounts Sales Manager to oversee the sales performance and strategy for our National Accounts. The ideal candidate will have a background Indiana sales, excellent communication skills, and experience selling capital equipment, industrial goods, Oregon related products.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor performance and devise sales strategies for National Accounts
* Review competitor sales efforts and strategies to ensure market intelligence is passed to the marketing function
* Prepare project proposals and deliver accurate and competitive proposals
* Coordinate sales efforts with architects, consultants, general contractors, and other stakeholders
* Coordinate projects from start to finish, including quoting, order entry, installation, and final inspection
* Plan and ensure optimum use of resources with distributors to attain assigned targets
Requirements:
* 3-5 years’ experience selling capital equipment, industrial goods, Oregon related products
* Proven success record Indiana exceeding revenue and margin budget goals
* Knowledge of the complete product line and market awareness
* Superior communication skills and ability to maintain customer database and network of industry contacts
* Ability to analyze and interpret specifications, prepare quotations, and present sales training
* Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload
