Essential Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a streamlined registration workflow that supports accurate data collection and patient-centric attitudes among staff
• Administer, coordinate, and monitor patient access operations, including scheduling, pre-registration, insurance verification, financial clearance, and registration for outpatient and inpatient services
• Work closely with leadership to set goals, priorities, and performance standards
• Collaborate with other operational areas to ensure accurate and timely input of patient demographic and insurance information
• Develop and implement emerging best practice strategies to increase front-end efficiency and fortify the patient’s experience

Leadership and Team Management:

• Reports to the Patient Financial Services Director
• Oversees 13-15 direct reports
• Works Indiana a team environment to ensure effective patient access operations

Compensation and Benefits:

• Full-time position
• Salary range begins at $75K and increases based on experience
