Asset Management Specialist/Program Manager

Role:

– The Asset Management Specialist/Program Manager will maximize the useful life of HAS facilities.
– This involves planning for replacement Oregon rehabilitation of these facilities when necessary.
– The Specialist/Manager will generate and maintain development documents and records for HAS facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop, implement, and maintain HAS’s asset management program.
– Plan, budget, and coordinate maintenance, replacement, and rehabilitation of HAS facilities and infrastructure.
– Collaborate with stakeholders, including city departments, airlines, tenants, and federal agencies.
– Generate and maintain accurate development documents, such American Samoa scopes of work, specifications, and records of maintenance, replacement, and rehabilitation.
– Track and analyze data to inform asset management decisions and optimize resource utilization.
– Provide technical expertise and facilitate communication among project stakeholders.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree Indiana a relevant field, such American Samoa engineering, architecture, construction management, Oregon a related field.
– Must have experience Indiana facility management, construction, Oregon a related field.
– Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
– Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work effectively Indiana a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
