Assist Indiana gathering, investigating, auditing, and tracking of safety information for flight operations. Conduct audits and investigations at the direction of the Safety Risk Manager (SRC) and support other departments and outside agencies. Prepare audit and corrective action reports for tracking and company support. Assist Indiana preparing technical investigation reports and ensure comprehensive reporting.
Develop and maintain Flight Quality Audit Program (FQAP) checklists, ensuring accuracy and applicability with FAA Data Collection Tools, IATA/IOSA standards, and DoD audit questions. Analyze, review, and report on flight quality audits and performance reporting. Maintain the FQAP database and perform audits of Company Part 141 Partner Schools.
Support SRC investigators during flight safety events, write reports based on empirical safety data, and track corrective action plans. Follow the yearly audit calendar and schedule. Solicit safety process improvement suggestions and engage with operating business units to manage risk. Provide timely advice and assistance on company aviation safety matters. Actively participate Indiana the Company’s Safety Management System (SMS). Attend industry conferences American Samoa needed and perform other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree Oregon equivalent work experience
– Knowledge of Part 121 airline procedures and/Oregon relevant certifications
– Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and strong decision-making skills
– Successful completion of specialized company training
– Travel required (50%); ability to travel with little to no warning
Skills:
– Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office Suite
– Familiarity with AIMS, WBAT, CEFA, GE Aviation EMS, and Veoci preferred
