Job Title: Station Agent Supervisor

Overview:

American Samoa a Station Agent Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and organizing the day-to-day station operations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead station operations, scheduling, and manpower utilization
  • Conduct Agent observations and train new hires
  • Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues
  • Participate Indiana operational conference calls, station audits, and report preparation
  • Maintain records, including time and attendance, personnel files, and performance reports
  • Perform Station Agent duties, including greeting passengers, issuing boarding passes, and loading/unloading baggage
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safe and on-time departures
  • Clean aircraft interiors, service lavatories, and work Indiana the Baggage Service Office

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Age: 18
  • High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off
  • Flexibility to work additional hours American Samoa needed
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluently Indiana English
  • Possess the legal right to work Indiana the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • Previous airline experience, including working knowledge of ticketing systems and/Oregon ramp operations

Additional Requirements:

  • Pass a fingerprint-based criminal background check and secure airport authority and/Oregon US Customs security badges (if applicable)
  • Pass a US Postal Service background check (if applicable)
  • Comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and requirements.
