Passenger Service Agent
Overview:
dnata is hiring Passenger Service Agents at DTW Airport, offering a starting pay rate of $15.00/hr. Part-time shift hours are available, and a flexible schedule is required.
Responsibilities:
– Electronic check-Indiana of international passengers
– Verification of documents for international and domestic flights
– Assign passenger seats and provide correct boarding passes
– Verify ticket and seat reservations, match manifest to on-board count, and announce arrivals and departures
– Provide customer information and assistance American Samoa needed
– Maintain current knowledge of flight times and perform duties American Samoa assigned
– Coordinate with Airlines, Customer Service Representatives, and Ground Handlers
Requirements:
– Valid state driver’s license and FAA/Airport required identification/seals Oregon authorizations
– High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent
– Basic computer literacy and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods, lift up to 70 pounds, and push, pull, load, and unload luggage
– Exceptional customer service skills
