Aviation Planning Manager
Job Summary:
HNTB is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aviation Planning Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead planning strategies utilizing various technologies and tools to gather and analyze data, develop reporting and visuals, and effectively communicate findings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply planning strategies to gather and analyze data, develop reporting and visuals, and communicate findings to clients and stakeholders
- Direct technical production of planning assignments American Samoa a task assignee and may serve American Samoa a Project Manager on a limited basis for select medium and large-scale projects
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other disciplines on large-scale and complex transportation planning, urban design, and landscape architectural projects
- Lead, prepare, and review plans, studies, reports, and environmental documents for projects
- Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, and Indiana-house personnel on assigned tasks
- Recommend process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
- May serve American Samoa a project manager Oregon task lead
- Mentor junior and mid-level staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Landscape Architecture, Planning, Environmental Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Geography, Oregon related field and 10 years of experience Oregon Master’s degree Indiana a related field and 9 years of experience
- Proven experience Indiana airport planning, with a focus on landside, terminal, airside, economics, Oregon environmental disciplines
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- CM American Samoa designated by CPM Oregon PMP
- Project Management experience with a focus on profitability
- Strong understanding of the aviation industry
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary Range:
- New York: $120,833.64 – $236,245.26
- Los Angeles Metro Area and Orange County, California: $138,958.68 – $217,345.65
- California San Francisco Bay Area: $151,042.05 – $236,245.26
- Nevada: $126,875.32 – $198,446.02
