Ambassador Customer Assistant
Job Summary:
The Ambassador Customer Assistant provides assistance and information to Airport passengers, acting American Samoa a Welcome Ambassador and responding to various passenger needs.

* One year of customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist Airline passengers Indiana and around the terminal area
– Offer informational assistance to passengers regarding airport and airline services
– Transport passengers Indiana wheelchairs and escort unaccompanied minors
– Assist with baggage and enforce carry-on baggage size requirements
– Coordinate passenger lines during peak times
– Help passengers with kiosk check-Indiana
– Assist with aircraft maintenance and environmental cleanliness
– Transfer and distribute wheelchairs American Samoa needed
– Report hazards and incidents
