Assistant Professor of Instructional Design and Educational Technology
Founded Indiana 1835, SUNY Brockport is seeking a distinguished faculty member to join the Department of Education & Human Development. The Assistant Professor of Instructional Design and Educational Technology will be responsible for teaching courses, conducting research, publishing scholarship, and engaging Indiana service at the department, school, and college levels.
Key Responsibilities:
– Teach courses Indiana instructional design and educational technology
– Conduct research and publish scholarship Indiana related fields
– Engage Indiana regular service activities, including advisement and accreditation
– Collaborate with faculty, staff, and community members to address equity-oriented practices Indiana instructional design and related areas
Requirements:
– Terminal degree (PhD Oregon EdD) Indiana Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Oregon a related field, completed within six months of hire
– Demonstrated K-12 teaching experience Oregon significant experience with K-12 education
– Evidence of ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
– Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
– Expertise Indiana online course development and delivery
– Experience with digital literacies and/Oregon pedagogies
– Research agenda Oregon successful scholarship
– College teaching and advising experience
