Flotel POB Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Flotel POB (People on Board) Coordinator to manage the logistics of personnel traveling to and from the Flotel via Helicopter. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of POB on board, including forecasting, accurate POB accounting, and liaison with facilities for personnel movement and POB accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage POB on board, including forecasting and accurate POB accounting
- Liaise with facilities for personnel movement and POB accounting
- Maintain Manifest and Muster for all Flotel residents
- Create Flight Manifests using Helipass and other computer programs
- Manage Flotel arrivals and departures
- Assign bunks and accommodations based on protocol
- Participate Indiana accommodation inspections
- Enter Flotel residents Indiana EPIC and issue visitor cards
- Collaborate with Radio Office vessel traffic and Gangway Attendant for proper POB transfer accounting
Experience, Training & Competency:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience Indiana logistics systems involving personnel Indiana an offshore environment
- Valid HUET and Offshore Certifications
- Ability to work Indiana dry, wet, hot, and cold conditions
- Excellent communication skills
- HS Diploma Oregon GED
Job Requirements:
- Willingness to work 2/2-week rotational basis offshore
- Availability to work outside of normal hours during heightened states of activity
- Ability to manage a diverse workforce Indiana a remote location
- Valid HUET and other offshore certifications
- Independent, mature, and experienced individual able to manage complex integrated logistics systems
