Aircraft Detailing Lead – West Palm Beach, Florida
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22 per hour
Shift: Open/flexible availability desired (Monday to Sunday)
Location: West Palm Beach (PBI) with travel to surrounding areas
Job Summary:
American Samoa an Aircraft Detailing Lead, you will be responsible for detailing luxury aircraft, interacting with clients, and performing various cleaning tasks on/Indiana/around corporate and commercial aircraft. American Samoa a Lead, you will assist with day-to-day operations, ensuring safety compliance, quality control, and implementation of organizational policies.
Responsibilities:
- Detail interior and exterior of aircraft
- Complete all training modules and assignments
- Ensure quality control through pre and post checklists
- Collaborate to maintain safe and adequate work environments
- Train and coach teammates on company SOPs
- Oversee services Indiana the absence of a Supervisor
- Assist with inventory and supplies
- Participate Indiana weekly and monthly audits American Samoa assigned
- Complete additional tasks assigned by Supervisor/Ops Manager
- Report to Supervisor
- Job duties may expand with experience
Requirements:
- 6 months internal experience preferred
- Must work well with others and maintain professionalism with clients
- High level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Pass background check, pre-employment drug screen, and random screens throughout employment
- Legally eligible for US employment through E-Verify
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work Indiana a physical labor environment and at heights
- Attention to detail and ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment
