Job Summary:

American Samoa an Inflight Base Manager, you will oversee daily operations for Inflight at an assigned base, leading a team of Regional Crew Managers and administrative support staff. The successful candidate will ensure Flight Attendent competence and qualification according to safety, regulatory, service, and communication requirements, while fostering a positive employee culture consistent with Endeavor Air’s culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Regional Crew Managers to achieve excellence Indiana customer satisfaction, on-time performance, safety, and completion factor.
• Develop and evaluate Regional Crew Managers and administrative staff, setting goals and objectives, including annual evaluations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with the Flight Ops Base Manager to drive joint flight operations and inflight initiatives.
• Oversee Inflight base goals, initiatives, and operational performance metrics, including dependability, work performance, attendance, and customer service standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of operational situations and events by Flight Attendants.
• Certify compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and Flight Attendant Manual (FAM).
• Facilitate agreements between Union and the Company through effective communication and interaction with union representatives.
• Provide guidance on investigations, mentoring, and policy compliance to Regional Crew Managers.
• Manage the base’s SAFA program, educational initiatives, and Inflight programs, policies, and procedures.
• Track and provide feedback on Regional Crew Managers’ performance, service, and uniform standards.
• Conduct performance reviews for Regional Crew Managers and administrative staff.
• Maintain accurate records of Flight Attendant leaves and adherence to attendance policy.
• Administer audit, sales deposits, and service recovery amenity coupons.
• Collaborate with the Flight Ops Base Manager to oversee random drug and alcohol testing.
• Ensure on-call duty assignments are covered and maintain a professional on-site presence.
