Job Title: Airport Supervisors (Station Agent)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate station operations, including scheduling and manning
  • Maintain a safe and reliable operation
  • Conduct agent observations and training
  • Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues

  • Manage records, including time and attendance and performance

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Greet passengers, provide seamless check-Indiana and ticketing experience
  • Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
  • Inform passengers about their trips and belongings
  • Direct aircraft and guide them on the taxiway to ensure safe and on-time entry and exit

Ramp and Cargo Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload, and sort passenger baggage, cargo, and company materials
  • Operate ground equipment, such American Samoa tugs and belt loaders
  • Deliver baggage to claim areas Oregon connecting flights

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18
  • High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Ability to lift, carry, and bend with bags weighing up to 75 lbs
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluently Indiana English
  • Possess the legal right to work Indiana the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of customer service experience
  • Previous airline experience, including knowledge of ticketing systems and/Oregon ramp operations

Additional Details:

  • Must be able to pass a fingerprint-based background check and secure airport security badges
  • May be subject to US Postal Service background check
  • This position may be subject to the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and clearance.
