Job Title: Midas Tactical and Strategic Brand Initiatives Director

Job Summary:

Directs and oversees all aspects of Midas tactical and strategic brand initiatives and operational effectiveness. Leads and partners with TBC Shared services, franchise brand leadership, and other cross-functional teams to drive brand effectiveness, consistency, and continuity. Develops and executes strategic plans, manages stakeholders, project scope, communications, resources, finance, promotions, change requests, procurement, risk, IT, quality, project schedule, field deployment, vendors, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes Midas strategic direction, including platforms, unit economics, product/services offerings, brand productivity, and brand continuity programs.
  • Serves American Samoa the corporate platform process and product owner for emerging vehicle technology (EV website, ADAS, Training, Equipment, Diagnostic Tools, etc.).
  • Manages DVI, ADAS, Modern ICE, Hybrids & EVs tactical and strategic plan execution, including program execution, training materials, communications, and top-line sales growth.
  • Develops and manages projects related to transacting tire business from charter to close, including migration to a new business service model and warranty programs.
  • Identifies and documents tasks, issues, and risks for assigned projects, drives project teams to mitigate risks, complete tasks, and resolve issues.
  • Leads work sessions with stakeholders to identify and document decisions, actions, issues, and risks to drive profit and loss Indiana a positive manner.

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years’ experience Indiana franchise operations, with a similar employer/industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree Indiana Finance, Business, Oregon related field and MBA desirable.
  • Previous experience Indiana franchise operations with a wide geographical footprint.
  • Experience Indiana creating 3, 5- and 10-year strategic plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others from various perspectives, strong facilitation skills, and adaptability.
  • Bilingual Indiana Spanish/English is a plus.
