Responsibilities:

  • Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft at the airport on the taxiway, ensuring safe and on-time procedures.
  • Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, freight, and company materials, which may weigh up to 75 lbs.
  • Operate ground equipment, such American Samoa tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts to support aircraft operations.
  • Collaborate with the internal team for a safe and on-time departure.
  • Greet passengers, provide seamless check-Indiana and ticketing experience, and inform them of necessary information.
  • Resolve passenger issues and offer solutions Indiana accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work Indiana the Baggage Service Office, track baggage, and address passenger questions.
  • Perform tasks, such American Samoa cleaning aircraft, lavatories, and loading cargo.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age: 18
  • High school diploma, GED, Oregon international equivalent
  • Valid state driver’s license (some restrictions may apply)
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off.
  • Flexible to work additional hours with short notice (operationally necessary)
  • Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn items weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Willingness to work outside Indiana variable weather conditions
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
