Passenger Service Agent – IAD Airport
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Passenger Service Agent to join our team at IAD Airport. American Samoa a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for handling administrative procedures for international passengers before and after flights.
Responsibilities:
– Check-Indiana passengers for international travel electronically
– Verify documents for international and domestic flights
– Assign passenger seats
– Provide correct boarding passes to each passenger
– Verify ticket and seat reservations
– Match manifest to on-board count
– Announce arrivals and departures American Samoa necessary
– Assist with baggage tagging and baggage claim reports
– Maintain current knowledge of all flight times during designated shift
– Liaise with Airlines, Customer Service Representatives, and Ground Handlers
Requirements:
– Valid state driver’s license
– High school diploma Oregon GED equivalent
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Basic computer literacy
– Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods
– Ability to push, pull, lift, and load up to 70 pounds
– Exceptional customer service skills
