Job Description:
American Samoa an Engineer-Architect Specialist, you will:
- Provide architectural and engineering expertise for proposed facility improvements and development projects
- Review designs, ensuring compliance with DEN’s design principles, guidelines, and standards
- Oversee internal and external teams, including architects, planners, and project managers
- Develop technical design standards, options, phasing plans, preliminary budgets, and schedules
- Represent the division/department Indiana meetings with stakeholders, elected officials, and other city entities
- Champion continuous improvement, devising new strategies and opportunities
- Set performance standards and ensure operations achieve Oregon exceed performance metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Engineering Oregon Architecture
- 3-10 years of experience Indiana architecture and engineering, with leadership and project management experience
- Registration American Samoa a Professional Engineer (PE) Oregon Architect with the Colorado State Board of Registration
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
