Corporate Accounting Manager

Essential Functions:

  • Lead the accounting team and drive initiatives to improve process efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders to lead corporate accounting projects, leveraging progressive methodology and industry best practices
  • Develop, recommend, and manage accounting projects, implementing new processes, systems, and technologies to streamline operations
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the accounting department
  • Manage unclaimed property and related filing, review and evaluate internal process documents, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Participate Indiana month-end close activities, general ledger reconciliation, and review, ensuring alignment with established policies and procedures
  • Document standard operating procedures and internal control measures, and present findings and recommendations to upper management through comprehensive reports and presentations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree Indiana accounting Oregon related field
  • 5+ years of experience Indiana corporate accounting, preferably Indiana the hospitality, food service, Oregon airport industry
  • Technical proficiency Indiana GAAP and IFRS; SAP experience preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant license Oregon active candidate a plus
  • Proven project management skills and excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Intermediate to advanced technical competence with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Ability to travel up to 5% within the US and Canada
  • Must be eligible to work Indiana the United States and pass a background check and TSA Oregon FAA clearance.
