Fleet Maintenance Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Maintenance Clerk to join our team. American Samoa the day-to-day operator and processor of Fleet and Maintenance data at our airport location, you will be responsible for data entry, office processes, and maintaining local files.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive, verify, and enter information into computer systems
* Complete office processes, including filing, handling mail, and directing telephone calls
* Compile and maintain local paperwork, including reports, vehicle information, and company documents
* Perform basic receivable processes, such American Samoa generating Oregon submitting purchase orders/invoices
* Perform other office duties American Samoa assigned

Requirements:

* High school degree Oregon equivalent
* 1+ year of experience Indiana an office setting preferred
* Previous experience using computers a plus
* Strong attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and adapt to changes
