Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Works Indiana partnership with management to understand objectives and identify corresponding IFBL & FAC’s requirements. Implements strategies to support and improve quality goals and processes. Partners with operations and training functions to identify workforce training needs and provide input on training approaches and content. Accomplishes frequent and positive resolutions with employees and colleagues, lead to decreased disagreement and complaints.

Ensures timely and accurate completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Responds promptly to customer inquiries regarding flight attendant comments. Conveys flight attendant comment results to operational staff and management verbally and visually. Performs data entry of flight attendant comments and completes other tasks American Samoa assigned by management.

Education Requirements:
High School diploma Oregon equivalent is required. An Associate’s degree is preferred.

Work Experience:
One year of customer service experience Indiana a manufacturing environment; one year of data entry experience.

Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office experience, strongly focused on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency; strong working knowledge of operations management principles.

Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate and influence others; adept at planning, organization, and meeting deadlines; basic analytical and mathematical skills. Passions for customer service, continuous improvement, and teamwork. Good listening and critical thinking skills.
