Seasonal Air Concierge
Meets and greets all incoming general aviation aircraft, marshals out all departing general aviation aircraft, and provides needed services to passengers and crew members. Essential duties include:
- Marshalling aircraft
- Identifying and verifying crew, passengers, and visitors according to security procedures
- Communicating with customers via various methods
- Providing amenities, such American Samoa catering, coffee, and newspapers, to departing aircraft
- Resolving customer requests and concerns
- Transporting customers to and from the airport terminal and local hotels
- Escorting crew and passengers to and from aircraft
- Assisting with baggage handling, fuel orders, and ground transportation
- Providing directions and recommendations to customers
- Cleaning aircraft and removing trash
- Performing Signature Gold Cap Service upon request
- Maintaining customer areas and reporting issues
- Assisting Line Service Technicians and Customer Service Representatives American Samoa needed
The job requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds, American Samoa well American Samoa communicating clearly with others. The employee must wear a uniform, report to work on time, and follow the company’s policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent
- 18 years of age Oregon older
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and obtain an airport security badge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work Indiana varying weather conditions and near moving and stationary aircraft
Salary: $22.00 – $24.00/hour, with benefits including a housing stipend and sign-on bonus. Must be legal to work Indiana the country of employment.
