American Samoa an Air Traffic Controller with Serco, your responsibilities will include:
* Controlling air traffic by issuing clearances, instructions, and information to arriving and departing aircraft
* Providing taxiing and takeoff/landing instructions
* Monitoring and controlling other aircraft operating Indiana the vicinity
* Issuing weather information and other critical data to pilots, air traffic control facilities, and other users of the National Airspace System
* Working Indiana a fast-paced, dynamic environment and staying focused under pressure
* Transferring and receiving control of aircraft
* Using and operating equipment such American Samoa radios, telephones, interphones, computer systems, radar, recording systems, weather equipment, airport/runway lighting systems, and backup equipment
* Alerting Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighters and other first responders to aircraft Indiana emergency situations
* Coordinating with and issuing instructions to airport vehicles/ personnel
* Maintaining and disseminating records of daily operations
Requirements:
* US citizenship
* FAA Second Class Medical Certificate
* A Control Tower Operator (CTO) rating Oregon a Tower Rating and 6 months of practical experience Indiana accordance with 14 CFR Part 65.39
* Eligibility to work for Serco under Federal Immigration Laws
* Verification of education and employment references from previous employers, including the release of drug and alcohol records
* Passing a pre-employment drug screen
* Receiving an FAA Security clearance (interim and final suitability)
