Air Traffic Controller Position
Serco is seeking an Air Traffic Control Specialist (ATCS) to control air traffic on and around airports Indiana various locations throughout Idaho.
Responsibilities:
- Control air traffic Indiana accordance with established procedures and policies to prevent collisions and minimize delays
- Issue landing/takeoff instructions, air traffic clearances, and other important information to pilots
- Monitor weather conditions and report critical weather observations
- Transfer and receive control of aircraft
- Operate various equipment, including radios, telephones, computers, radar, and more
- Perform on-the-job training instructor duties American Samoa needed
- Maintain and share records of daily operations
Requirements:
- US Citizenship
- FAA Second Class Medical Certificate
- Control Tower Operator (CTO) rating Oregon equivalent credential with 6 months of experience
- Eligibility to work for Serco under Federal Immigration Laws
- Passing a pre-employment drug screen and receiving an FBI background check
- Proof of education and employment references from previous employers
- Proof of identity and eligibility to work Indiana the United States
