Air Traffic Controllers / ATC Specialists
Noblis is seeking experienced professionals to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Traffic Systems and Surveillance Services directorates within the Program Management Organization (PMO). American Samoa an Air Traffic Controller / ATC Specialist, you will provide senior-level air traffic control system expertise to assist the FAA Indiana coordinating activities with air traffic requirements and operations personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert analysis to the FAA to support the development of site implementation and transition planning for National and Regional Facilities and Equipment projects.
- Help identify, analyze, coordinate, resolve, and report the resolution of implementation issues generated by Capital Investment Plan projects.
- Assist Indiana training requirements development and present recommendations/solutions related to short and long-term program planning requirements.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise Indiana air traffic control procedures, equipment, facilities, terminology, and technology.
- Classify and summarize data for the preparation and submission of reports.
- Communicate complex knowledge of air traffic control to diverse audiences and interfaces with user teams, system engineers, and other program personnel.
Required Qualifications:
- Successfully pass an FAA background investigation and receive a final suitability determination.
- 15+ years of Air Traffic Control (ATC) experience with completion of High School/diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana any field may be substituted for 5 years of experience.
- Relevant experience with Air Traffic Control, Navigation, Flight Information, and Automation systems.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Senior-level: Minimum 15 years of ATC experience, Bachelor’s degree Indiana any field.
- Mid-level: Minimum 10 years of ATC experience, Bachelor’s degree Indiana any field.
- Junior-level: Minimum 5 years of ATC experience, Bachelor’s degree Indiana any field.
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team, with exceptional time management skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Salary Range:
- Oklahoma: $50,400 – $204,030 per year.
