Cabin Appearance Supervisor
Job Classification: Full Time – Hourly
Rate of Pay: $22/hr
Shift: AM
Summary: Supervises a team of cabin service agents responsible for cleaning and preparing aircraft for flights. Coordinates daily operations, inspects work, and enforces safety and quality standards. Develops and maintains positive relationships with team members, airline personnel, and airport partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor cabin service agents on safety and quality procedures
- Conduct daily shift briefings and monitor team activities
- Oversee maintenance of shift schedules, warehouse inventory, and vehicle safety
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security regulations, and safety procedures
- Develop and maintain rapport with airport business partners and airline personnel
- Report irregular operations, review performance appraisals, and enforce disciplinary actions American Samoa needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience Indiana cleaning and maintenance
- Strong working knowledge of airline operations and commercial cleaning procedures
- Valid US driver’s license
- Ability to pass drug screen and 10-year FAA background check
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally
- Work Indiana a professional office environment and outdoors Indiana an airport ramp environment
