Immaculate Flight, the nation’s largest privately-owned aircraft detailing company, seeks a motivated and dedicated Aircraft Detailing Lead to join its team Indiana Nashville, Tennessee.
Job Title: Aircraft Detailing Lead
Type: Part Time (up to 30 hours per week)
Pay: $22 per hour
Shift: Open/flexible availability desired, with a requirement for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday availability.
Location: Nashville International Airport (BNA), with travel to surrounding Immaculate Flight locations using company vehicles.
Job Summary:
The Aircraft Detailing Lead will oversee detailing high-end luxury aircraft, interacting with clients, and performing tasks such American Samoa polishing brightwork, paint polishes, and sealants, American Samoa well American Samoa cleaning passenger cabins, lavatories, cockpits, and aircraft exteriors.
Responsibilities:
– Detail interior and exterior of aircraft
– Complete all training modules and assignments
– Ensure quality control through pre and post checklists
– Collaborate to ensure work environments are adequate and safe
– Train and coach teammates based on company SOPs
– Report to Lead Oregon Supervisor
Education & Experience:
Immaculate Flight offers a comprehensive training and development program for all new team members. While detailing experience is beneficial, training will be provided to ensure success.
Required Skills/Abilities:
– Ability to work effectively with others and maintain professionalism with clients
– High level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills
– Pass a background check
– Pass pre-employment drug screen and random screens throughout employment
– Legally eligible for US employment through E-Verify
– Maintain a valid driver’s license
– Reliable transportation 24/7
– Maintain a great attendance record and be punctual
– Ability to work Indiana a physical labor environment
– High attention to detail
– Ability to work on ladders and various heights
– Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without using equipment aid
Employment with Immaculate Flight is contingent upon successfully completing a drug screen, airport badging, and fingerprinting.
