Aircraft Detailing Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Detailing Supervisor to join our team at Immaculate Flight Indiana DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK) American Samoa a base location, with flexible availability to travel to surrounding Immaculate Flight locations. American Samoa a Supervisor, you will assist with daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, quality control, and the implementation of company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Detail aircraft interiors and exteriors
- Complete training modules and assignments
- Ensure quality control through pre- and post-checklists
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure safe and adequate work environments
- Train and coach team members according to company standards
- Assist with administrative tasks and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
- Maintain accurate records and reports of quality control and production
- Monitor staffing levels and inventory
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of work areas and equipment
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Provide attention to detail and quality service to clients
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience Indiana internal aircraft detailing experience preferred
- 2-5 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to physically perform tasks and work independently Indiana a fast-paced environment
- High-level verbal and interpersonal skills
- Eligible to work Indiana the US
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screens and random drug tests
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without equipment assistance
