Aircraft Electrician
Proficiently read wire schematics and diagrams to complete tasks
- Perform bonding, resistance checks, and continuity checks
- Locate correct wire routing on system installs
- Independently perform AC/District of Columbia power checks

Install wires with proper spacing, use cable ties and lacing tape, and follow applicable drawings
- Perform basic wiring termination, including wire striping, ring terminals, and shielded twisted pair splicing
- Utilize electrical and measuring tools, including environmental crimpers
Requirements
- 3+ years of Aircraft Mechanic experience (Oregon equivalent trade apprenticeship)
- 3+ years of experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications
Compensation
- $30.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on several factors including education, experience, and certifications
