Job Title: Line Service Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team American Samoa a Line Service Professional. American Samoa a Line Service Professional, you will provide an elite level of customer service to crew and passengers on the ground by fueling and positioning aircraft, assisting with luggage, and communicating effectively with customer service representatives.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Greet passengers and crewmembers upon arrival
• Coordinate with coworkers, clients, and vendors to provide ground services for general aviation aircraft
• Fuel movement, quality control, disposal, and paperwork
• Marshalling, towing, and positioning aircraft on the ramp and Indiana hangars
• Maintain safe, clean, and secure ramps and operations
• Drive a shuttle vehicle with passengers
• Daily check and upkeep of crew cars and vehicles
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Customer focus, naturally outgoing and extroverted
• Excellent communication skills, both Indiana person and over the phone and radio
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by our insurance company (clean driving record required)
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products
• Basic mathematical knowledge
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work Indiana all types of weather conditions
• Ability to pass a background check and random drug screening

Work Environment:

This position works outside Indiana all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft. This position may be exposed to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery.

Reporting Relationship:

This position reports to the Line Service Manager.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a non-exempt position that includes shift work, requiring working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
