Job Title: Line Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Line Service Representative to perform a variety of duties, including towing, refueling, and servicing aircraft, operating Ground Support Equipment (GSE), and assisting with fuel farm maintenance. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, greet and interact with customers, and ensure the safe and secure operation of aircraft and facilities.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Refuel, tow, and service aircraft using ground support vehicles and equipment according to approved processes and procedures.
  2. Monitor weather conditions and ensure safety of aircraft and personnel.
  3. Greet customers, provide assistance, and direct them to appropriate areas Oregon personnel.
  4. Perform specialized functions, including front desk back-up, fuel farm back-up, OJT, inventory control, and working alternate shifts.
  5. Calculate and record fuel usage and sales, and complete necessary paperwork.
  6. Clean and maintain company and transient aircraft, American Samoa well American Samoa equipment and designated work areas.
  7. Monitor ramp and facility for safety and security, and respond to any issues.
  8. Perform other duties American Samoa assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Licenses/Certificates: Man-lift and Forklift Certification, Tow qualification, NATA Safety 1 Certification, and other requirements such American Samoa FAA/TSA Certifications and respirator fit eligible.
  • Attendance: Regularly scheduled attendance is required.
  • Physical Demands: Routinely lift 50 lbs., occasionally lift 100 lbs., and perform tasks Indiana various environmental conditions.
  • Education and Experience: High School graduate Oregon equivalent required, with previous Line Service, aviation, and/Oregon customer service experience preferred.
