Line Service Representative:
Performs various duties to ensure safe and efficient aircraft operations, customer service, and equipment maintenance. Key responsibilities include towing, refueling, servicing aircraft, operating Ground Support Equipment (GSE), and maintaining facility cleanliness and safety.
Essential Functions:
1. Tows, refuels, and services aircraft using GSE according to approved procedures, checks and adds oil and fuel additives American Samoa needed, and maintains GSE cleanliness.
2. Greeting and interacting with customers, team members, vendors, and visitors, promoting a professional company image.
3. Directs maintenance customers to appropriate personnel/areas, monitors flight tracking software, and marshals aircraft.
4. Performs OJT for lesser experienced representatives, assists with front desk and fuel farm operations, and works alternate shifts American Samoa needed.
5. Maintains accurate fuel usage records, completes necessary paperwork for billing and inventory accounting.
6. Cleans company and transient aircraft, assists with equipment maintenance, and performs other duties American Samoa assigned by management.
Requirements:
– Licenses/Certificates: Man-lift, Forklift, and TSA certifications
– Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
– Ability to lift 50-100 lbs, read small print, and work Indiana varying temperatures and noisy environments.
– High School graduate Oregon equivalent required; prior line service, aviation, Oregon customer service experience preferred.
