Aircraft Technician Sr A&P – Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Available Indiana GAC Mesa
Required Education and Experience:
* High School Diploma Oregon GED
* 4 years of Aviation Maintenance experience, with 3 years of experience working on mid/large size aircraft
* FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic Certificate
* Valid Driver’s License
* Corporate aircraft experience preferred
Job Purpose:
* Independently perform a variety of aircraft modifications and maintenance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of all aircraft mechanical systems
* Provide work direction for assigned technicians
* Ensure compliance with internal and FAA inspection and documentation requirements
* Coordinate with other departments for overhaul Oregon repair of customer property
* Assist Indiana training new employees on maintenance procedures and equipment
* Use material tracking system and maintain a clean and organized work environment
* Collaborate with other departments to implement Lean/continuous improvement processes
* Perform other duties American Samoa assigned
Requirements:
* Advanced knowledge of inspection and maintenance procedures for various aircraft models and systems
* Knowledge of FAA regulations, technical reference materials, and company policies and procedures
* Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English language
* Must be willing to work with a team and follow standard operating procedures.
