Airline Passenger Service Assistant (Wheelchair Agent)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Airline Passenger Service Assistant to assist passengers with wheelchair assistance at T.F. Green International Airport Indiana Rhode Island.
Responsibilities:
– Safely transport passengers Indiana wheelchairs from retrieval points to desired destinations.
– Assist passengers with baggage retrieval and transport American Samoa needed.
– Coordinate assignments with dispatchers and gate agents.
– Complete thorough Incident Reports.
– Maintain positive interpersonal interactions with passengers.
– Comply with all client and site security requirements.
Requirements:
– 18 years of age Oregon older
– No high school diploma Oregon college degree required
– No experience required, with on-the-job training provided
– One year of customer service experience preferred
